Many commercial vehicles will allow the fitting of PTO equipment to the rear zone of the transmission flange. However, you may also need to invest in a component that will connect the gearbox jackshaft to your PTO.
Connecting a quill drive will allow the drive shaft mechanism to shift position with the driving shaft, be that axially, radially or both simultaneously. The quill shaft gearbox comprises a hollow driving shaft, also known as the quill shaft, and a driven shaft inside. Once connected, these parts allow shifting positions and range of motion.
