Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland)

If placed before 3.00pm Monday - Thursday, all stock item orders will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.
If orders are placed after 3.00pm on Thursday or on Friday before 3.00pm, delivery will take place the following Monday.
Orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Pallet Options

Due to the nature of our products, many of the items for sale on our website can only be delivered by pallet. During your checkout process, you will be presented with options for courier delivery and pallet delivery. If any item in your order is deliverable by pallet only, then you will be presented with a pallet delivery option only.

Shipping throughout the UK and surrounding islands is particularly complex especially when transporting heavy goods such as ours. We have endeavoured to provide the most acurate & honest costs possible.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Returns (B2B) (For all B2B sales we exercise the right to be exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations and the following applies.)

• 1.1 The return of goods is at the discretion of the seller. No goods shall be returned without the written acceptance of the seller. Goods cannot be considered for return after 30 days.

• 1.2 Any returned goods must be in new condition and original packaging

• 1.3 Agreed returns must be done so within 7 days of the agreement.

• 1.4 Any returns shall be at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

• 1.5 No returned goods will be accepted without an official Sellers ‘Returns Note’ that has been fully completed. A returns note will be provided upon request.

• 1.6 Any goods accepted for return will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

• 1.7 If goods to be returned had been brought in originally with extra costs incurred, an additional charge can be added to the restocking charge, as necessary.

2. Returns (Consumer)

• 2.1 Distance Selling rules apply.

• 2.2 The buyer is entitled to return goods without reason within a period of 14 days of delivery. Goods must be received by the seller within a further 14 days.

• 2.3 Returned goods must be accompanied with a completed returns form which will be provided upon request.

• 2.4 Any returns shall be at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

• 2.5 For all requests outside the afore mentioned 14 days, see rule 1.

• 2.6 For all goods returned outside the afore mentioned 28 days, see rule 1.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@approvedhydraulics.co.uk and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
