A Hydra-Part AC Powerpack is a fully self-contained hydraulic power unit designed to recognised standards. Each unit delivers safe, reliable hydraulic power for your equipment and is supplied ready to perform.
It includes an AC electric motor (single or three phase), typically 1.5 kW to 75 kW+, a hydraulic pump (gear, vane, or piston), a fluid reservoir with breather filter, pressure control valves (relief, flow, and directional as required), return-line filtration, and a control interface (lever, pendant, or radio).
The HYDRA-Part AC-driven powerpack delivers consistent pressure and flow, making it ideal for long-cycle or continuous-duty hydraulic systems, with stable operation under variable loads, reduced electrical maintenance compared with transient power sources, and proven suitability for demanding 24/7 industrial environments without performance degradation.
With integrated pressure and flow regulation, you get fine-tuned motion control for accurate positioning, smooth acceleration and deceleration, and variable speed/force profiles—resulting in higher product quality and faster cycle times.
