1/4 BSPP Double Acting Pilot Check Valve

The VBD1B is a compact pilot‑operated check valve with ¼‑in BSPP ports. It locks a double‑acting actuator in both directions until pilot pressure is applied, making it suitable for holding loads in place. This model handles flows up to about 20 L/min and weighs roughly 0.65 kg. It uses a high pilot ratio (about 1 : 5.5) and has a standard cracking pressure around 4.5 bar, although alternative springs of 3 bar or 6 bar can be ordered. The steel‑body valve’s small dimensions (≈ 30 mm wide and 40 mm high) allow installation in tight hydraulic systems.
