Double Acting Pilot Check Valves

VPD2B (⅜ BSPP) – This mid‑size check valve has ⅜‑inch BSPP ports and a maximum flow capacity of 35 L/min (about 9.2 US gpm). It is rated for a working pressure of 350 bar and uses a pilot ratio of 1 : 3.3, meaning a relatively small pilot pressure is needed to release the check mechanism. The standard cracking pressure is 4.5 bar (65 psi), ensuring the valve remains closed under low pilot pressures, and the unit weighs about 1.2 kg (2.64 lb).

VPD3B (½ BSPP) – The largest model in the range features ½‑inch BSPP ports and supports a higher flow rate of up to 60 L/min (approximately 15.8 US gpm). Like the 3⁄8‑inch version it has a 350‑bar working pressure but the pilot ratio increases to 1 : 4, requiring slightly higher pilot pressure to open. Cracking pressure remains at 4.5 bar (65 psi). The valve weighs roughly 1.45 kg (3.20 lb).
