The CFR series are pressure‑compensated flow‑control valves that provide free flow in one direction and controlled flow in the reverse direction. An internal compensator keeps the flow rate stable despite load changes, giving consistent actuator speed. The valves have steel bodies and come in 1⁄4, 3⁄8 and 1⁄2 BSPP port sizes; the largest (CFR3B) measures about 109 mm long and 73 mm high and handles up to about 45 l/min. Smaller sizes carry up to roughly 25–30 l/min and weigh as little as 0.5 kg. Because pressure ratings are not specified, these valves are typically matched to the system’s working pressure.
