BSC2B21
BSC counterbalance valves lock a load in closed‑centre hydraulic systems and include a relief mechanism to bleed off excess pressure. They are offered in ¼‑in, 3⁄8‑in and ½‑in BSPP port sizes. Each size has a low‑range version preset to 210 bar (adjustable 30–210 bar) and a high‑range version preset to 350 bar (adjustable 60–350 bar). Flow capacities are 30 L/min for ¼‑in, 40 L/min for 3⁄8‑in and 60 L/min for ½‑in models. Adjustment screws allow changing the setting (≈80 bar per turn on the smallest model) and an optional higher pilot ratio is available for easier unlocking. The steel‑bodied valves weigh roughly 1.1–1.3 kg depending on size.
Key specifications:
Port sizes & flow rates: Available in ¼‑in (30 L/min), 3⁄8‑in (40 L/min) and ½‑in (60 L/min) BSPP versions.
Pressure settings: Low‑range models preset to 210 bar with a 30–210 bar spring range; high‑range models preset to 350 bar with a 60–350 bar range.
Adjustment & pilot ratio: Screw adjustment changes the set pressure (≈80 bar per turn on the ¼‑in model); standard pilot ratio 1:4.25 with optional 1:8.1 on the smallest size.
Construction: Steel body (aluminium optional) with an integrated relief valve; locknut secures the adjustment setting.
Weights: Approximately 1.15 kg for ¼‑in models, 1.10 kg for 3⁄8‑in models and 1.28 kg for ½‑in models.
