Coil for Solenoid Valve 22W 24vDC

The Fluid‑App C22 series is a compact range of 22‑Watt solenoid coils used in hydraulic circuits to actuate valves. Each coil has a square resin‑encapsulated housing with a central through‑hole (≈13.2 mm/0.52 in diameter) for mounting on a valve stem and spade‑type connectors on the side. The overall dimensions are about 44.5 mm (1.75 in) wide by 48 mm (1.89 in) high with an overall length of about 38 mm (1.42 in) and weight of roughly 0.21 kg (0.46 lb).

This 24‑VDC coil (code C2224) measures about 26.5 Ω. Both use the CN5 connector (DIN 43650 form) for the electrical connection and draw approximately 22 W when energised. To install, the coil should be tightened with about 2 N·m (≈1.5 lbf·ft) of torque, ensuring good mechanical and thermal contact.

Electrical ratings are identical across the series. With a standard DIN connector the coils achieve an IP65 ingress‑protection rating and both the insulation system and the wire insulation are Class H, making them suitable for temperatures up to +40 °C. The nominal voltage tolerance is ±10 % and the coil can be energised continuously (100 % duty cycle) in ambient temperatures from −20 °C to +40 °C. These features mean the C22 coils offer reliable, medium‑power actuation for hydraulic solenoids, with the choice of two nominal voltages and a plug‑in connector for easy installation.
