The VBD2BG is a double‑acting pilot check valve with an adjustable banjo, designed to lock hydraulic cylinders in position and prevent load creep. It has 3⁄8 BSPP ports and handles flows up to about 35 l/min. The VBDG series is rated for high working pressures (around 350 bar), with a pilot ratio of about 1:5.5 and a cracking pressure near 4.5 bar. The valve’s compact steel body is roughly 111 mm long, 35 mm high, and 40 mm wide, with port passages sized for 12 mm and 17 mm. It is intended for mounting between a cylinder and pipe and allows adjustment of outlet orientation via its banjo bolt.
