SAE8/2 Solenoid Valve Cartridge - Pilot Operated - 40 L/Min - 350bar

The E2S28 is a screw‑in solenoid poppet valve designed for SAE 8/2 cavities (3/4‑16 UNF). It comes in three versions: a normally closed model, a normally closed model with a manual emergency override, and a normally open model. Each valve handles flows up to 40 L/min and pressures to 350 bar. The cartridge measures about 69 mm long with a 12.7 mm diameter and uses a 24 mm hex for installation; a 14×1.78 mm O‑ring provides sealing. The standard version weighs around 0.16 kg. Installation torque is approximately 30 Nm on the cartridge and 2 Nm on the locknut. All variants use the same 22‑W C22 coil, which operates on DC power with a ±10 % tolerance and can be energised continuously in ambient temperatures between –20 °C and +40 °C.
